🐾 Equigerminal Shipping Policy

At Equigerminal, we offer an efficient, eco-friendly shipping experience for pet owners and veterinarians alike.

1. Tests Available for Pet Owners 🐕🐎🐈

• Genetic Tests for Horses:

• 📝 Print the submission form, collect mane hair with roots, tape it to the form, and send it to Equigerminal.

• 🚚 Alternatively, request a home sample collection for an additional fee (see costs below).

• Genetic Tests for Pets:

• 📦 Receive a kit at home to collect saliva samples from your dog or cat.

• 🏠 After collection, you can either send the samples yourself or request home pickup.

2. Tests for Veterinarians 🩺⚕️

• Veterinarians can choose to receive or decline the sample collection kit.

• You can use your own materials and send samples directly to our lab.

• 🏠 You can also request sample pickup based on the fee structure below.

• 🚚 Free shipping on orders over €200, except for the MIM/PSSM2 test.

3. Sample Collection Kits Delivery 📦✈️

• The kits are delivered for free, provided the customer confirms at checkout.

• 🌱 We encourage eco-friendly choices, like downloading forms when possible.

• Delivery times:

• 🇵🇹 1-2 business days in Portugal

• 🇪🇸 2-3 business days in Spain

• 🌍 3-8 business days for the rest of Europe
